starting business

i save about 2-3 year working and other small savings ...........
work in 4 company tota.

i start doing business , eventually insider spread very fast and my manager decided to find problems with me ,  i decided to quit full time.

i decide plan , everything
find shop place survey price etc
location
budget take stock
what item need and price like racking and signboard
what tool i need to do repair etc.

and what stock to take

came out shop , stock , rack , i done.

i miss municipal license and payment , this need draw plan,
and need to buy fire extinguisher.

basically i done , thanks to my father help/

i feel shy to do alone starting shop , i dont have the mental to do it , i plan to hire people .
eg like trainee student ,

after that , there alot of people cant understand hire trainee , they sent their resume that their job experience and most of them finished study ,

they cant understand trainee , they want full pay yet throw resume at me ,

there only one people wanted real trainee , but the woman got problem , she put her stats like weight and height and i can see that this is a big woman , and didnt put photo of herself ,

i ask her  come interviwe just to see her , she keep reject and give excuses, finally i offer saturday and sunday also can also say cannot , finally i reject it........

i dont know what is wrong with her , she say want direct come is direct report , the person may have a very horrible mental and physical problem ,
