nego after nego ,after give discount they ask for even more.
keep asking best price thru email or sms ,

i have actually met people , keep asking for quantity price ,
when payment he pay for quantity price  ,but only pay for 1 unit ,
reason is because he want try 1 unit first ,

i tell 3 unit rm 270

1 unit rm290

he try his luck.he pay rm270 for 1 unit, he lied ,
i have to tell him again , finally he top up. this people are smart.

i not buying this trick again , i dont like to entertain quantity because normally the deal wont success.

another example is people tell they wanted to repair computer ,they give 1 unit first
asking for cheaper , because they want bring again  other unit,

i found out that all of them lied.

normally they are end user not factory they wont buy quantity dont fall for it .
factory are payment by term and we as dealer need to roll our own money so i not doing this,


many time quantity it wont happen , when i started got people try to scam me
telling me he from other state and he wanted 10 unit , he find me because is near to his client
and he want i take stock 10 unit projector about RM10,000+
but pay by term , his company is unknown , not a factory , just got his email domain and nothing else.

so if you are approach by some small unknown vendor company dont do it.
they not gonna pay cash /deposit , we took 10,000 stock if he dont want how?
u think the stock easy to sell this fast?

if u are approach by fumakilla , flextronics , well known company then u are not risking yourself.
to conman /scammer .

fake promise and lie

it is very frequent i met people .....

want order ,after stock come refuse to accept

dont want answer call or sms

many refuse to deposit , some bought and some give excuses not to take.

is a waste of stock take money , the stock supplier wont return cash back

many people keep tell me go to this and that place to deliver stock , arrange pickup

promise this day next day , but in the end i prepared everything they went missing .......

i very frustrated , i have promise not to deliver , 

just i receive one call from malay lady asking me to drive to nearby town , the next day , but i prepare and wait ,whole day not even a call , 

now i am very strict , all order must deposit and I wont do personal delivery or pickup repair anymore. 

there is once i met accident the place i not familiar , in the end got some racist come kick my car 

and insurance and summon i receive alot more than the amount i earn.

stupid deal , 

we cant predict the customer is genuine or not , let just let them give action/come first , not i wait for them.

even when they come also still doesnt seal the deal .

u should only excited and happy when they paid and receipt is given ,

lowballer and lose business

everytime seller will face lowballer
give offer that are not reasonable and much lower than dealer price that dealer take.

many lowballer and cheater have many stories ,

some tell that he wanted a high end graphic card rm4xx for rm200.
because it was for the orphanage house.

lowballer like to throw sms and messages and email to seller.

some customer like to lie warranty by telling stories such as he bought 1 month ago but after 1 month he just tested not working , he want 1 to 1 exchange and dont want claim warranty

by right even distributor/supplier for dealer also practice this.

some customer even threaten the seller , tell that if you dont deliver today he will buy from other people already , scared us , I tell him OK ,,,,,,,,
he laugh , i am serious , u refuse to come here ,refuse to use courier service and want me drive 80km at night to your place risknig my life and petrol and tol money?

many unserious people will do this no deposit ...... so in the end gone missing
even my neighbour daughter already 20 + years old , order printer ink and last minute delay till 1 month and cancel the order , i buy from supplier and cant returned.
i face before take laptop and another ask to deliver accessories stock , at night keep drag to later time and finally refuse to answer call and sms.

these stocks i sell at lost , and i clear it very fast luckily..............................
and lose money instead of earning.
hope to get back part of the stock money.

there are many crazy people.

normally the kids will give stupid offer and FFK , means cancel buying without inform ,gone missing last minute.

next time all order must deposit or payment upfront ,

take stock only when customer want

many people cant deposit these day ,cant bank in ,

and cant wait , so i risk my own money , i took ,after take stock and they refuse to deposit

tat the reason they refuse to deposit , and another is they scared etc.

what would people deposit to you ?

because in this whole country they cant get anymore and no choice they can wait for u.

otherwise would they , out of 1-100 , just 5 will deposit.............

trust me.

nobody will wait for u , u take the stock first , there are chances you cant get your money back because the fucking thing u buy from supplier has 0 demand even if u sell at loss nobody wanted.

i sold keyboard and headphone at loss , still nobody want..........

business started , what happen , what is like to open business

when i started business , there are basically very very less people.

when starting i got calls , first day i open already got people call and come , just when i drive out for lunch.

i did 1 hour to install software for the person , i so scared my face start to show and i cant talk right , my heart beat fast.

i feel like scared and no confident.

i promote every way i could , i receive alot of call and smses.

asking where is my shop , yes b4 i open shop , many online seller receive this question ,i open shop because i want people confident to me.

but the people ask and came very rare.

the one that not serious at all and wasting time is the one that SMS to me .
and alot of people they like to throw sms to give stupid offer , lowballers.
they probably know is not possible so they dont bother to call , not serious to buy , they just hope
things like durians all of sudden fall .
all those mesage ,email and sms is waste time , the people all full of excuses when i got the stock they wanted.

even tell the phone is his friend lend to use.

i feel dissapointed alot of time but i still continue to reply sms and email and messages.

after a while i came to know the one call is the one serious.

after 6 months i quit entertain forum messages.i deal none , until the supplier fed up with me keep call but failed to deal,even dont bother to send me their pricelist.

i quit reply forum.6 month just 1 sale just earn me about rm10.because too much competition i manage to sell  
thing that nobody sell , the thing that no demand.

sms i reply still but aafter 6-1 year months just 1-2 buy.

i start to quit reply sms but sometime i still entertain , but again and again they dissapointed me.

many people came to me because their main dealer have no stock , i keep chase for them ,supplier didnt have this stock.
they find me because i am leftover............
i grab people rubbish to do,

my sales majority is selling the thing on market didnt and no longer sell and on market hard to find.

chase and find this kind of item not easy ,sometime i drive far ,

i dong onsite service until penang island from mainland , about 80km  ,
sometime to butterworth ,

i start to realise business is not easy , i do everything that basically can earn money.

i even ask and do sport equipment ask for dealer , the supplier so arrogant , ask me take many stocks that few hundreds to thousands , so arrogant frequent dont bother to reply to me ,
ask bring stock to penang mainaldn but in the end i went penang island take.

this item for 1 year over i just manage to sell 1 unit , and yet i still cash on delivery deliver to tesco BM.
at night.

particular car model service also i do , it only happen to this model of car.

i feel stress and struggle ,my car instalment need to pay still , shop rental too , i feel very stress.

that time i very hardworking . but keep on play by unserious customer.

i save about 2-3 year working and other small savings ...........
work in 4 company tota.

i start doing business , eventually insider spread very fast and my manager decided to find problems with me ,  i decided to quit full time.

i decide plan , everything
find shop place survey price etc
location
budget take stock
what item need and price like racking and signboard
what tool i need to do repair etc.

and what stock to take

came out shop , stock , rack , i done.

i miss municipal license and payment , this need draw plan,
and need to buy fire extinguisher.

basically i done , thanks to my father help/

i feel shy to do alone starting shop , i dont have the mental to do it , i plan to hire people .
eg like trainee student ,

after that , there alot of people cant understand hire trainee , they sent their resume that their job experience and most of them finished study ,

they cant understand trainee , they want full pay yet throw resume at me ,

there only one people wanted real trainee , but the woman got problem , she put her stats like weight and height and i can see that this is a big woman , and didnt put photo of herself ,

i ask her  come interviwe just to see her , she keep reject and give excuses, finally i offer saturday and sunday also can also say cannot , finally i reject it........

i dont know what is wrong with her , she say want direct come is direct report , the person may have a very horrible mental and physical problem ,

everytime stayback ,sometime 8 sometime 9 sometime 10pm,

ur upper level when you tell your point they wont hear even is good , no need argue , u cant argue for a reason, all boss though are right , when your boss angry on you , they will find every single mistake or wrong thing u do.........

why doing business ?

starting i was doing computer technical support after finish study at college.

i feel sad , that time i doing double shift job ,

one week is morning shift and off 2 days then start work in night shifts then back to morning shift.

12 hour and without everyday 9+ 3 hourOT because i work under contract.that about rm700 i didnt get.

why i know , inside all permanent told me this i feel upset and dissapointed .the job and stress is not easy.

i at midnight i eat alone at nasi kandar pelita , i see teenagers eating roti canai before continue playing at cybercafes , i see couple eating together , while i eat alone facing stress.

i feel very sad ,, when i sleep people work , when i work people sleep and enjoy life.

i have no entertainment doing shift.

work not easy people will bully around , job stress is very high , we as technical will face difficulties everyday and everytime , at night where got vendor support?

i format about 10 pc , there so much issue , 2 person one shift but the senior not working ,

everyday got 10 tasks , if i charge rm20 each to format i got rm200 per day ,
that time format rate is rm50.

rm200 x 30 basically i earn rm6000 , that time my salary is rm1400+300 shift allowance ,

work in company we argue ,gt stab people , racial bully ,

i feel stress even when to come to office , sometime i feel like vomit , very stress ,

i dont know what i end up , that time i think want doing business

my friend father is a tyre shop owner , starting 1 shop , now go 2 shop ,his father even open exhaust small medium factory for my friend ,

at 17-18 year he drive gen2 auto 1.6 , i feel very jealous , i have no car ,

at 20 he drive civic 1.8 i-vtec , have 1-2 girlfriends ,

i dont know i feel very upset and dissapointed , i face stress everyday , when he enjoy his life.
